Open Mike
Open Mike – a 2 hour module.
Looking at issues such as how best to create a safety culture, and process safety versus personal safety, ‘Open Mike’ asks ‘how do we engage people?’ During this staged heated discussion, working man Mike is invited up from the audience. Mike sees safety as part of the SHE department, not his responsibility. At this point the drama turns into a workshop. The delegates are asked to go through a process that eventually determines how to ‘Open Mike’.
